Armand D. Mancini Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of satellite imaging company ORBIMAGE resigned today
to" pursue other interests." Mr. Mancini was a co-founder of
the company's predecessor, Orbital Imaging Corp. and was
responsible for supervision of all finance and administrative
functions at ORBIMAGE.
ORBIMAGE
has retained an
executive search firm to conduct a search to hire a
replacement.
