Podcasting is an innovative media delivery technology that allows users to download files such as mp3 audio or video automatically for playback on a computer or portable device. Unlike traditional internet media delivery podcasts can be set to download automatically. The Satnews podcast will work with any RSS 2.0 compatible aggregator.


Adding the SatVideo service to your iTunes music player is an easy and enjoyable way to download SatVideo automatically, or to put in on your iPod to watch/listen to at anytime.

The process is simple:

1. Open you iTunes music player. Visit: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ if you do not yet have iTunes installed.

2. Under the Advanced menu click "Subscribe to Podcast."

3. For an audio cast copy and past http://www.satnews.com/video_data/podcast_audio.rss into the box and click OK. For a video cast copy and paste: http://www.satnews.com/video_data/podcast_video.rss

4. Depending on your Podcast settings downloads may begin automatically. If not, click refresh or change your Podcast settings in your iTunes preferences.
