iDirect Gets To The Hub Of The Matter
iDirect, Inc. has officially established a relationship with the iDirect Hub Owners Group (iHOG), a global forum for owners of iDirect’s universal satellite hubs. In addition to increased networking opportunities, membership in iHOG now provides satellite hub operators with a forum for sharing best practices as well as the opportunity to provide direct feedback to iDirect regarding hardware, software, services and technology. iDirect plans to establish a formalized process for product feedback and involve iHOG members in the pre-launch beta testing of new offerings.
